Pink- What's not to like. Very singable and it is the one song that manages to use a cliché in every line. She also performed at the NBA All-star Weekend back in 2000. Who knew?

Macy Gray - Everybody let their freak out! I dare you not to like this one.

Mick Jagger - Follows in the footsteps of Santana and gathers an A-list of friends to come and groove. I've pulled the best cuts including my favorite "Joy", I love this song with Pete on guitar and Bono helping out. I can't help but think this would have been a great song for the Ren and Stimpy.

Nikka Costa - Like her now! I can't say enough about her except I'm going to see her again on Feb 2 in San Francisco. These are my favorite tracks from her cd. Rock, Soul, Ballad, and some Pop.

Kid Rock - Listen before you judge. I nice rock song in the tradition of the 70's southern rock, but you know the Kid gives it his own little punch. Another plus is that anyone can sing along with this tune.

Coldplay - I decided to give you a break from the Travis so instead this month for your Brit-Pop fix I give you Coldplay. If you have seen the video you already love this, if not check it out on VH1. Anywho the song is kind of sad but I love the Pink Floyd meets Radiohead vibe.

Live - the band's answer to the events on September 11th. Stripped down and simple yet very moving song. I can almost see what they saw when they walked out from the studio in NYC on that tragic day.

Hootie & the Blowfish- By now you know that there will be a Zeppelin cover tucked away somewhere.
