Our instructors are prepared to enrich you, berate you, hold you in a loving embrace when your soufflé fall’s and listen with you when the food begins to speak. You are guaranteed to come away from this complete Chef and Holistic shaman; ready to commandeer any kitchen that crosses your path.
Recipes from the Left Coast Holistic Academy:

Condoleeza Rice

1 cup long grain white rice
1 ½ cup of chicken stock (Knorr bouillon)
¼ cup Chardonnay
¼ cup finely chopped shallots
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup raw carrots, minced
¼ cup green bell pepper, minced
¼ cup of red bell peppers, minced
2 t. butter
Pinch of salt

In medium saucepan, bring stock and Chardonnay to a gentle boil, stir in rice And other ingredients. Boil 20 minutes. Stir and cover. Remove from heat (do not stir) and let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve immediately!
