Apartments

A picture perfect day in Leftcoastloveland, sunny and mid 60's. I met Alextasy early for a quick breakfast in the Fillmore district then we were off. I had set up a few appointments with Trinity Management to view their available properties. First up was the Trinity Towers. Located across the street from numerous adult "relaxation" centers this site had the best units. Unfortunately the location was very bad. We had to step over people sleeping on the street and the building had a funk to it. Lastly the elevator in this building seemed to target Alextasy. The doors closed on her each time she got on and off the elevator. The floor plans were great with 2 levels, a fireplace, lots of closets and the fresh smell of urine rising from the street below. There was also what seemed to be a permanent swarm of flies hovering around the front entrance.

Very nice once inside and cheap! Too bad no one will want to visit me in this neighborhood. Still so much space and everything in the unit is fairly new. Fireplace, views, cheap, we'll keep it on the list for now. This apartment also has two secret booths, one under the stairs and one on the second floor near the bathroom.

Better neighborhood, better but damn this place is small. This place almost had me though until I saw the bathroom, or should I say bath closet. I guess I have to stand on the toilet to shave. Hmm, we'll keep it on the list.

Great location and roof sun deck. Alextacy loved this place until we went into the apartments. Yikes! Dorm life for sure, I am way past this. No sale here.

After 4 hours of apartment inspections and terror rides with rental brokers we decided to call it quits for today. Alextasy meditated on my options and decided I need to look at more places before I decide.
