Up and out the door early last Wednesday. No I wasn't heading to the office but instead to Home Chef for a day of team building and gourmet cooking. Only in California will you find such a unique way to have a corporate outing. We learned how to make risotto and pan searing techniques for chicken. Yes we even got eat what we made. Too cool!
