T'was
the night before New Year's with nothing to do until Stacey said I know
what'll be fun for you. My first porn crush Selena Steele was
appearing with Bridgette Monroe right here in San Francisco.
Stacey's friend Kim drove down from Napa to round out our New Year's
posse. What started out as a goof for my 40th birthday turned into
one of my funniest adventures yet. We arrived at the New Century
and I paid my $30 (Stacey and Kim were free of course) and the three of
us grabbed rail seats and readied ourselves for the big show. It
was standing room only to my surprise, I never knew how many people go
out to strip clubs on major holidays. It was minutes from midnight
when Selena took the stage. She gave an inspired performance that
involved plenty of audience participation. The set lasted about 20
minutes and once it was over I grabbed my copy of "Curse of the Catwoman"
and waited for an autograph.

was very friendly and once I told her Stacey and Kim had brought me out
as birthday treat to see her she invited all of us back to her
dressing room. This was weird but fun. Selena and Bridgette
visited with all of us and after a few minutes we actually forgot they
were both naked. Stacey and Selena bonded and before long Selena
was lecturing me on how special Stacey was to bring me out for the show.
Selena and Bridgette offered a free Polaroid and they also invited us
back for the next show. I was happy and ready to head home but
Stacey and Kim would have none of it. We were going to the second
show to support our new friends and that was the end of that.

The second show turned out to be more than any of us could have imagined and way more than I can write about here. Selena and Bridgette spotted the three of us at our rail seats and they played right into our laps, so to speak. Everyone of us got a chance to dance with the ladies under the jealous glare of the rest of the crowd. The evening ended with hugs, kisses and autographed pictures all around. Not the usual New Year's celebration but hey it's the Leftcoast and anything is possible. Where else can can your date and favorite porn star meet and become friends? It's a new year and already it's been like no other.
