The winter chill is
lifting here in Cali. We all know Andy aka JAP-B has the best taste in
music. His apartment has more music than most record stores. In
fact while I was out of work I would go cd shopping at Andy's with a stack
of blank discs and a large coffee. The entire Leftcoastlove family has
been encouraging Andy to get out and mix for the masses. Last night
JAP-B made his public debut at The Powerhouse in San Francisco. I
rallied my troops and along with some of Andy's friends we were treated to
the birth of a superstar. The Leftcoastlove family would also like to
welcome Briana who made the trip from Sacramento to see Andy and meet more
of the family.
After we made the frantic midweek drive from Sacramento the Leftcoastlove limo picked up Andy and his bag of records. Carefully culled and hand selected for maximum house freshness the grooves Andy had selected were packed and clutched tightly to his chest. The limo whisked Andy off to the other side town. Once safely parked we joined Andy in a very unique setting. Let the spin begin....

Surprise! Alextacy makes her presence felt at the premier. She stopped in to shake a little and support JAP-B. Alexis also reviewed the Leftcoastlove membership rules with Briana since Snowy is out of town. JAP-B seconded her nomination so pending Snowy's vote we may have a new family member.
Andy's friends streamed in and out while he worked the turntables from 6-10. The reviews are in and JAP-B will be a name heard all over SF very soon. Let's hope he remembers his Leftcoastlove family once he gets famous, otherwise we'll trash him during our "Behind The Music" interviews. No worries here since Andy is a founding father. We love you!
